Third Time Approved: Building a Compliant RTO from Scratch

Their first application was rejected for incomplete governance documentation and insufficient evidence of industry consultation. The second attempt failed due to assessment tool deficiencies and unclear trainer supervision arrangements.

The third application addressed every previous concern. ASQA approved the registration without requesting additional information or conducting a site visit.

The RTO is now successfully delivering qualifications across Victoria, with systems designed to maintain ongoing compliance.
